All rates are per week, 4 guests occupancy and rates are subject to change.

4 Rooms Apartment with 2 Queen beds, 1 Twin and 1 Double Futon bed can accommodate up to 6 people

In Season

$1275/ week plus $ 75 cleaning fee - Memorial day to October 31st

Off Season

$950/week plus $75 cleaning fee - November - May

Weekly rental reservation only

Additional person $20 per day

Children under 10 are free

All confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit which is 50% of the weekly rate. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash or traveler’s check. Sorry, no credit cards or personal checks accepted.

 14 days advance notice of cancellation is required for a deposit refund.

Check-in from 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Check-out by 11:00am
